Yesterday I spent a happy day at Morayfield Handmade Expo! My stall was real pretty and I was very happy with it! I had a lot of interest in my painted teapots which is great because I enjoy doing them and plan to make many more.
Yesterday was the first day that I used my new gazebo frame. I think it works well. It gave me the feeling of an enclosed 'shop'. I will make a pelmet to go round the top of it next. The plastic grill at the back was for hanging my original canvases, but it didn't really work... too flimsy. I will have to invest in some proper wire mesh... trouble with that is it will be heavy to carry and will take up more space in my poor overloaded car! :)
Painted table looked great!
When not chatting with people, I was painting! Bliss!! I really felt that my stall was like an 'open studio'.. a little gallery!!
